FleetOS Terms of Service
Status: private-pilot draft. This page is not a final general-commercial contract; final commercial terms remain subject to legal review before general availability.
1. Pilot access and scope
FleetOS is currently offered through a private pilot and controlled onboarding process. Public self-service subscription and public commercial pricing are not represented as live on this website.
Access may be subject to a separate written pilot, onboarding or enterprise agreement. If a written agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that organization.
2. Accounts and organization access
Users must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials. Access is scoped by organization, role and granted permissions.
An organization is responsible for the users it authorizes and for promptly removing access that is no longer required.
3. Pilot fees, trials and billing
Any pilot fee, free-trial period, commercial price, renewal term or payment method is agreed separately during onboarding or in a written agreement.
FleetOS does not promise automatic renewal or a specific billing provider on this public pilot page. Where billing is enabled, the configured provider and applicable terms are disclosed to the customer.
4. Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the business data they enter into FleetOS. FleetOS processes that data only to operate, secure, support and improve the agreed service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter personal, driver, employee, customer and supplier information into the service.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, introduce malicious code, misuse another organization’s data, or use FleetOS in violation of applicable law.
Security testing against a production environment requires prior written authorization.
6. Service availability and changes
FleetOS aims to provide a reliable pilot service, but no public uptime percentage or service-level agreement is promised unless it is expressly included in a written customer agreement.
Pilot features may change as the product is validated. Material changes that affect an agreed pilot workflow will be communicated through the onboarding relationship where reasonably practicable.
7. Data export, retention and termination
This public pilot page does not promise a fixed export, retention or deletion timeline after cancellation. Those commitments depend on the production workflow, legal record requirements and the applicable customer agreement.
Requests for access, export or deletion can be raised through the privacy contact and are handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
8. Liability and governing terms
Commercial liability limits, warranties, indemnities, governing law and dispute provisions are finalized in the applicable written pilot or commercial agreement and remain subject to legal review before general commercial availability.
